Zombie Parkour Title ‘Dying Light’ gets a 12 minute gameplay video

Warner Bros has released a 12-minute gameplay video of its upcoming open-world action survival horror game Dying Light. The clip features the main protagonist free-running through a shanty town devastated by a zombie out break. He has been given instructions by his companion ‘Jade’ to retrieve freshly dropped supplies. The video showcases the day-to-night transition and unveils that when the night strikes the zombies become more violent, aggressive and deadlier. Most dangerous are the predators that appear during the night-time. Players must make use of their sense ability to survive and avoid detection until the morning’s first light. The gameplay is very similar to like that of Mirror’s Edge-Parkour style and the Dead Island series by the same developers.

Dying Light is due on the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 in 2014.
