Warner Bros announces Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, first screenshots revealed

Warner Bros has announced Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, an upcoming third-person ARPG for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC. It is being developed by Monolith folks behind Condemned: Criminal Origins and F.E.A.R. The game takes place between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, where players will assume the role of Talion, a lone ranger, resurrected as a spirit of vengeance, armed with magical powers, embarks on a quest to avenge the murder of the family by Sauron’s army.
