Unreal Engine-powered Bombshell explodes on PC, PS4 in Q1 2015; first screenshots and trailer

3D Realms and Interceptor Entertainment have unveiled an all-new Unreal Engine-powered isometric action-rpg shooter called Bombshell, which will arrive on the PC and PS4 in Q1 2015. Featuring titular female protagonist Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison, the game sees the mercenary attempting to rescue the president from the dastardly plans of an evil maniac, and enabling players to do so will be an arsenal of innovative weaponry based on the main characters weaponised metal arm modifications.

The game attempts to combine brutal fast-paced shooting elements with jaw-dropping visuals,finishing moves, interactive environments and classic RPG characteristics such as a progression system based on experience points, with upgrades, side quests and non-linear levels. The images above show off the varied environments and planets you will traverse during your mission, as well as the some of the numerous opponents you will face and have to defeat, while the video below serves to introduce the main character.
