The story-focused add-on will be free for those who have the Season Pass for Dying Light. The developers haven’t released much info on its content but buggies are a given from the accompanying image, as well as given that the vehicle was teased in a previous released video.

Techland has also said that gamers can expect a huge world to play around in, comparing the size of the map in the expansion to be as big as all three maps combined from the main game. Expect to know and see more at Gamescom early next month.

The team at Avalanche studios talks about Rico’s Skills, abilities, his personality and how Rico as a character has evolved since the previous two games. The video also puts the spotlight on Rico’s new wingsuit and enhanced grappling hook that can be used while gliding in the air, allowing high-speed traversal.

Techland has some more DLC plans in the store for the fans which they will reveal at this year’s Gamescom.  The video below ends and offers a glimpse at Dune buggy vehicles and a huge agricultural landscape. It is yet unclear that where the upcoming DLC will take place in an entire new area or will be based in the game’s original world of Harran.  

In early August we are looking forward to hear more about the unannounced expansion pack.

Just Cause 3 is shaping up to be one of the best sandbox games featuring non-linear gameplay, tons of explosions, variety of weapons, various land and sea vehicles and Rico’s new wingsuit and his enhanced grappling hook which will allow you to tether multiple objects together. There is a sequence in the video below where Rico demolishes a bridge with the hydra missile launcher while parachuting.  As explained by Roland Lesterlin, Game Director there are many other ways to take out that bridge, allowing players to create their own unique action sequences.

While Prototype featured amnesiac super powered mutant Alex Mercer attempting to uncover his past and the origins of his abilities while roaming through an open-world New York City, the sequel starred new protagonist Sgt James Heller and pitched him against Mercer, after the latter goes on a killing spree across an infected city and is responsible for the untimely demise of Heller’s family. Both games were a blast to play through (I did so on the PC), with a fun open-world in which to roam around, various powers to acquire and upgrade, and fun fast-paced combat that never gets boring.  

It is unclear if this is more than a simple port as no additional features/improvements have been announced, though rumours point towards a possible similar release in the near future for the PS4 as well, so keep an eye out when at the PlayStation Store.

A Matter of Family is the first piece of the Season Pass and will be available on 14^th July. For those who do not own the Season Pass, the DLC arrives on 21^st July for $6.99/£5.79 on the PS4 and Xbox One.

Batman Arkham Knight PC version is all broken and unplayable with major bugs. Therefore Warner Bros. suspended sales of the game. Despite of these problems the game is getting good reviews and widely praised on Xbox One and PS4 consoles. While the PC version of the game will be re-released in coming weeks as Rocksteady is working to fix the performance and other issue that players are facing.
