Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell five-minute gameplay walkthrough video stars Armchair-a-geddon

Volition and Deep Silver recently posted a five-minute long video showcasing gameplay from Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell, the standalone expansion to their third-person open-world action-adventure.

The clip depicts the iconic Johnny Gat, whom you can assume control of for the first time in the series, wreaking havoc with assorted armaments and takedowns upon demons in New Hades. Weapons shown include the Organic SMG, the awe-inspiring Warhammer and the awesome Armchair-a-geddon with Lava Cannon, while Rambulance is a new activity in which players must run over demon husks in an ambulance, and Hellblazing is another wherein one must quickly cross checkpoints using his wings.

Wages earned can be used to upgrade weapons and abilities; one of the latter shown is that you can summon and detonate imps, while another is the Worship aura, which Gat uses to disable a spire by ripping its heart out. The clip ends as one of the archdukes of hell arrives to face the unstoppable protagonist.
