Sacred 3 gets its first gameplay trailer, new screenshots

Deep Silver has finally released the debut gameplay trailer of Sacred 3, their top-down co-op based hack ‘n’ slash game that arrives on 22 August in Europe and 26 August in North America for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. The clip shows off bits of gameplay featuring the different character classes, inclduing the all-new Malakhim; of course, old series favourites such as the Seraphim, Ancarian, Khukuhru and the Safiri will also be making their return.

We also get to see some co-op action towards the end of the video; Sacred 3 boasts of support for both offline (2 player) and online (upto 4-players) co-op. The game will also be launching with the Underworld Story DLC, in which players will need to battle their way through to the top of a mysterious tower to face a foe from the previous game in the series called the Black Seraphim.
