Republique Remastered Launch trailer marks PC, Mac release

Camouflaj’s stealth-action title is now out for the PC and Mac in the form of Republique Remastered, so check out its launch trailer to ascertain if this looks like something that appeals to you. Bear in mind though, that the game currently costs $19.99 at Steam, GOG and the Humble Store, but will be priced at $24.99 after 4 March.

This version of the game contains all five episodes; episodes 1-3 area already available with the remaining two expected to arrive soon. The trailer highlights the premise of the title, wherein players must control surveillance cameras to assist in the rescue of a woman called Hope, who is trapped in a mysterious facility located in a totalitarian state set in the future.

This entails not only monitoring for patrolling guards, but also manipulating visible electronic equipment, such as locking/unlocking doors and solving various puzzles. Republique Remastered also boasts of some amazing voice talent, including Jennifer Hale known for her work in Mass Effect and BioShock Infinite, and David Hayter of Metal Gear Solid fame.
