Overkill’s The Walking Dead to arrive on PC, Xbox One and PS4 in 2016
Starbreeze has revealed that Overkill’s The Walking Dead will be published by 505 Games for consoles; the game is scheduled for release in 2016 on the PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Not much else is know about the title save that it is a co-op first person shooter incorporating elements of stealth, survival horror and role-playing, and that it takes place in the extremely popular post-apocalyptic zombie-infested universe of The Walking Dead. However, the tone of the debut trailer issued back in August 2014 suggested that this is unlikely to be a light-hearted romp like Dead Rising, but rather one which focuses more on the dark choices and consequences characters in this world take to ensure their survival.
