0New trailer details the many features of Van Helsing II
Neocore Games has sent forth a new trailer ahead of the scheduled launch of The Incredible Adventure of Van Helsing II in two weeks, expanding on the numerous features that make this action-RPG worth a buy if you are a fan of the genre or just looking to dip your foot in it. Set to arrive on 22 May on the PC, the game boasts of various new elements that distinguish it from its predecessor: first off there are three different classes to choose from with a level cap of 60, and around 200 abilities to choose from across the above.
The introduction of Resistance Management means that monster hunters can now indulge in a new minigame, train their army, command captains, gather artifacts and more. The Journal has been improved, adding more background lore, bestiary notes, and elaborating more on the story and the world around you. Tower defense has now been improved with around seven unique maps and numerous traps to place to ambush the enemy; best of all, it’s now optional, so you can send your minions to deal with this instead.
Enhanced Crafting now allows for more powerful weapons, as you invest in the Alchemy, runecrafting and the forging system. Furthermore, you have a new beast called the Chimera to summon when you need it; this pet can be upgraded, sent out to gain experience and gather loot, in addition to annihilating your enemies. There are also trophies to display and gawk over, reminding you of our several triumphs of note, while also granting specific bonuses to the player. When you are tired of laying alone, then indulge in the multiplayer experience, with both a 4 player co-op mode and an 8 PvP mode to challenge your friends and opponents.
