Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain– eyepatch Wolf companion, Diamond Dog

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain TGS 2014 demo, showcased the game’s buddy system where Snake can get support from the AI co-op partner during the missions. The demo was largely focused on silent assassin female Quite, who can provide covering fire and take out enemies from distance with her sniper rifle. Kojima has also revealed a new supporting companion who is a wolf named Diamond Dog. The video below showcases, Snake met DD for the first time in the middle of the woods, where he is just a little cub. Snake adopts DD and bring him back to the mother base. As the time passes we see Snake going on a mission along with DD, who has now grown into an adult- wearing an eyepatch like his master. Check out the video and view the screenshots below.
