High-Res screenshots accompany Firewatch’s release date announcement
Campo Santo has released three high-resolution screenshots to mark the announcement of the release date of Firewatch.
The first-person adventure title will launch on 9 February 2016 worldwide for the PC, Mac, Linux and PS4 (Sorry Xbox!), with the developers “polishing, optimizing, writing, and developing the last bits of the game” in the interim. Set in the Wyoming wilderness, the game sees players assume the role of a fresh fire lookout officer, whose primary point of contact is his female supervisor with whom he keeps in touch via radio, and their relationship develops and changes according to the choices and dialogues responses you make. However, not all is calm and quiet, as suggested by this trailer issued during E3.
