0First trailer, Images of Unreal Engine 4-powered aerial armada action title Dreadnought
Berlin-based Yager revealed its new project Dreadnought at E3, pushing out a trailer and some images of the Unreal Engine 4-powered action game which puts player in the space boots of a mercenary spaceship captain. The PC title, currently on track for a 2015 release, features competitive multiplayer tactical action allowing you to control massive spacecrafts of different classes and shapes, with customisation options ranging from weapons and armour to crew, abilities and appearances.
What’s unique about this game is that unlike most space combat titles wherein you control a single small combat ship, Dreadnought puts you in charge of a massive battleship dealing out large amounts of damage and devastation. Sounds good? It sure does to us! Sadly the teaser trailer is all cinematic, but it does a great job of emphasising the scale of the vessel players will captain in the game.
