Escape from Durgesh Prison Walkthrough video celebrates release of Far Cry 4 DLC

This six-minute long video of Escape from Durgesh Prison showcases the DLC for Far Cry 4, and which is available at £7.99/$9.99 or as part of the Season Pass for the open-world FPS for the PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3.

As previously stated, the downloadable content sees main character Ajay Ghale and Hurk captured and tossed into the infamous Durgesh Prison, thereby requiring them to complete a series of challenges to procure gear and safely reach a designated extraction point within 30 minutes; failure to do so/dying while attempting to complete an objective will reset the mission, though players will retain skills acquired during the previous playthrough of the DLC.

Escape from Durgesh Prison can be played both solo or in co-op, with the aim of the content appearing to be garnering the quickest escape time to cement your place on the global leaderboards. Completing Karma events and taking down propaganda posters adds precious time to your main objective, as you work your way from the top of a tower down to the final EZ, wherein Yuma’s force lie in wait for a final confrontation. Players need to hold that extraction point for ten minutes before successfully escaping, so preparing oneself beforehand is always a good idea. Completing missions can help add useful items and equipment, such as caged animals, mortars and mounted guns, at that location.
