0Elite: Dangerous trailer prepares you for 16 December launch into space
Frontier Developments’ space flight-combat title is on track for its release on 16 December on the PC, which is why we have a cinematic launch trailer for Elite: Dangerous, set to the sound of British rock band Royal Blood’s “Out Of The Black”.
The game, which was successfully kick-started in 2013, is priced at £39.99/$59.99/€49.99. Boasting of gorgeous visuals, more than 400 billion star systems to traverse and numerous spacecraft to purchase and tinker and tune around with, the game lets players be a pirate, trader, bounty hunter or explorer.
Those who pre-order the title can secure the Elite: Dangerous Mercenary Edition for £35/$50/€40, which contains assorted digital extras, such as early access to the combat training demo. The developers have said that the Mac version fo the game will arrive around a month later, and have not ruled out Elite: Dangerous’ appearance on other platforms down the line.
