Eight-minute Far Cry 4 trailer give you overview of the upcoming open-world shooter

Ubisoft has posted an eight-minute 101 trailer detailing core gameplay features and various aspects of Far Cry 4, an action-adventure open-world shooter which is set for launch on 18^th November for the PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS3 and Xbox 360.

The Dunia-engine 2 powered game is set in the fictional Himalayan region of Kyrat, which revolves around Ajay Ghale, who arrive there to scatter the ashes of his late mother, however he finds himself involved in a battle against the forces of insane Pagan Min, the main antagonist of the game. The clip below also showcases some of the many main characters you will meet during your adventure.

In addition, there are two skill trees to choose from– path of tiger and path of elephant. Choosing the former path will make Ajay stealthier, quicker and learn to execute brutal takedowns while the latter will make him stronger tougher and can take more damage. Far Cry 4 will feature crafting mechanics similar to its predecessor. The trailer also highlights the mystic world of Shangri-La which is whole new realm to explore.

Meanwhile, there are lots of other side thing to do such as treasure hunting, making adventure films and much more. Jump in with your friend in the game’s co-op mode, where your friend will assume the role of Hurk or hire some of the mercenaries who will aid you during the missions.
