Dying Light Season Pass release details, screenshots + Night Hunter gameplay video

Techland has dropped the details of the release schedule of the Season Pass content of Dying Light, while also posting a gameplay video delving into the Nigh Hunter in the “Be the Zombie” mode.

The Season Pass is priced at $19.99/€19.99, with the first major content “Cuisine & Cargo” – screenshots of which can be view above – set to arrive on 10 February. The Ultimate Survivor Bundle consisting of seven unique in-game items will be available the following month, while the Bozak Horde is expected to arrive in May.

Meanwhile the video, narrated by lead game designer Maciej Binkowski, shows off gameplay as the Night Hunter from the 4v1 PvP mode, with the former attempting to eliminate all human survivors. We get a look at the skill tree of the Night Hunter, and some of the abilities like Zombie Summoner Spit, which can be used to mark an enemy and summon a zombie horde to eliminate said targets. The UV Suppressor can be employed to briefly disable the humans’ UV flashlight, leaving them vulnerable to your attacks such as Pounce, which can insta-kill enemies. Ground Pound unleashes a shockwave in a small radius, sending enemies flying into the air and open to your attacks, while Tackle is a general purpose attack that can also be used to push humans off building or into traps.
