Dark Souls 2 new trailer illustrates nature of the curse

Namco Bandai and From Software has released a new trailer for their upcoming action RPG, Dark Souls 2. The clip below is a mixture of CGI and in-game footage, showing the game’s varied locations and some of the creepy and horrifying looking bosses such as a huge fiery demon with wings that popped out from a lake of lava, a terrifying monster made from lot of writhing undead bodies and some sort of Deathly Reaper but wait, there’s lot more to see. The trailer “Cursed” reveals that the game is set in the tormented “kingdom of Drangelic”, where you are on a quest to find the cure for a curse.

Dark Souls 2 will be released on 11 March for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The PC version of the game is expected at a later date.
