Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag PlayStation only Aveline missions detailed
The Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions will be getting three exclusive mission packs starring Aveline- the star of Assassin’s Creed Liberation- an exclusive PS Vista title. Ubisoft has lifted the lid on the first details about the PlayStation-only content planned for Black Flag. Aveline’s story-arc picks up right after the events of Assassin’s Creed: Liberation. The exclusive content will offer about an hour of gameplay, which is split into three missions, according to Game Director Ashraf Ismail.
Explaining how these missions are made possible, McDevitt added: “The present-day is set in Abstergo Entertainment – which is this fun, hip company to work for… at first. You are able to access the Aveline stuff because your coworkers are working on retrieving different genetic memories from all kinds of different people.”
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is set to released on 29 October in North America and 1 November in Europe for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the game are due to launch when the consoles arrive later this year.
