A hero rises in the latest trailer for Ryse: Son of Rome

Crytek’s Xbox One-exclusive epic action-adventure gets a new trailer, in which we get to see the rise of the main character Marius Titus – a Roman soldier out to seek vengeance as well as glory for the empire after his family is brutally murdered by barbarian bandits. The use of CRYENGINE means that one can expect amazing visuals, as players traverse the empire from northern Britannia to the Coliseum and Rome in their quest. While the game hasn’t received too many positive review, if you like brutal fast-paced close-quarters combat and a cinematic experience set in that time period, then you may just want to give this a try.
